Great customer service is the most important value to servicing our clientele. We want to make the transmission of assigning your collections, or obtaining updates on accounts as convenient as possible, as well as increase you’re over all cash flow.
NEW ASSIGNMENTS: All new accounts placed in our agency are entered into our system the same day of assignment, using collection software by DebtMaster. We mail printed acknowledgements to our client’s office’s for all assignments. Immediately following, a letter is generated to the debtor advising them their account has been placed in our office on behalf of our client for immediate collection, as required under the FDCPA, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
COLLECTION: All new accounts will receive letters, phone calls, notices, receipts and reminders until resolution. Collectors will contact the debtors to inform them we are a collection agency calling on behalf of our client to collect the amount outstanding. The accounts will be worked until resolution. All accounts are listed with Experian, Equifax, Trans-Union and Innovis Credit Information Services following a 45 day holding period after assignment.
SKIP-TRACE: Accounts with a returned address, or disconnected phone number, will be investigated through our thorough Skip-Trace procedure. As well as information from subscriber memberships for information not generally available to the public, we use BANKO online to scrub all new accounts against possible Bankruptcy and Deceased, as well as an online ACOLLAID search through a subscriber new address service. We also pull individual credit profile reports on various accounts as needed, and property searches through Title Company records.
